New changes lead to great rewards

This year we have turned a totally different direction and dropped the Trane product line.  Over the past 8 years we have been a 100% Trane dealer and never thought about changing our product line.  Over the past 3 years we have been seeing more more issues with the Trane products.  Last year alone we had a 30% increase in Trane warranty calls.  We had over 20 units that had coil leaks and 10 bad compressor which were found on the start of the install. With Trane units failing left and right we decided to look for a new product for 2015 that would give our customers comfort and quality.

After months of research and sitting down with dealers we made a decision.  Frigid air will now be installing Carrier and Frigidaire brands. We chose Carrier because we are familiar with there products and we have used them on commercial buildings. Carrier has a great reputation in the Phoenix area and there systems are made strong.  One thing that we are also doing different in 2015 is offering a second brand.  We chose Frigidaire as are second brand.  They are new to the Phoenix area but are well known in the eastern states.

I have to say that I was very worried about changing our product line, but after reviewing January's sales I was amazed.  We had more installs in January then we did in the summer of July of 2014.  The best part was that our customers were 100% pleased with the Carrier and Frigidaire products.
