INSTALLING TAM4 AIR HANDLER AND XR13 CONDENSER TO COMMERCIAL WAREHOUSE

This week we installed a Tam 4 air handler with a XR13 seer heat pump condenser.  This system was  installed in a warehouse building that had no previous heating are cooling.  The building was located right next to Chandler city hall and the city would not approve installing a package unit on the roof.  The only option was to install the air handler on a cast iron stand.  We also installed 10 kw secondary heat strips to help with the cold mornings.

We like to go above and beyond when install HVAC equipment.  On the Trane air handlers we paint the PVC drain lines and copper refrigeration lines black.  This gives the system install a clean finish.
